Launch Program Overview
Over the next several weeks we are asking the public to try out Vitag and provide us with their feedback on how to improve the product.
Specifically, during the trial period, you will receive 50% off the costs of any tags your purchase on the site and have full access to all the features in our app, for free.
Our trial program provides an easy way for you to test out Vitag and let us know what we can do to make it a better experience for you.
How To Participate
Follow the steps below....
- Order your tags for 50% off at https://vitag.site/collections/all-tags
- Download and sign into the App; available for iPhone and Android.
That's it! We will print and ship your order within 2-4 business days.
Once you receive your tags, just tap them on your phone and follow the instructions to add video (and more) to your tag.
Important Notes
During this period, we are testing out the print process, the app, and customer service. Basically, some things may not go as planned...
- Tags may not be printed properly or not work as expected,
- It may take a few days to get your order,
- Support responses may be slower.
We know this can be very frustrating for you! Our goal is to find all the flaws in our systems and processes so we can improve on them.

Is the app free to use?
Yes! You will not be charged for using the app.
Why do I have to buy tags?
Because tags are a physical product, we need to charge something to cover the cost of the tag and shipping. We are offering all trial participants 50% off the purchase of their tags during this launch period.
Since each tag is custom printed, there is a cost for us to provide you a tag and we hope that the pricing of $1 per tag will not be too high for you. If it is, let us know at support@vitag.site
How do I report a problem or get support?
